CUSTOMER PHOTOGRAPHS, IRIS IMAGES, PET IMAGES, AND ARTWORK
EYEVERSE processes customer-submitted photographs and personalization information solely for artistic creation, photography guidance, customer support, order production, fulfillment, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
EYEVERSE does not use iris or eye photographs for:
• Biometric identification.
• Identity authentication.
• Surveillance.
• Medical diagnosis.
• Health assessment.
• Credit, employment, housing, insurance, or eligibility decisions.
EYEVERSE provides an artistic service. Our photography guidance and artwork are not medical examinations, medical advice, or biometric-identification services.
We do not sell customer-submitted iris photographs, eye photographs, pet photographs, source images, or personalized artwork as standalone data.
We do not use a customer’s submitted photographs or personalized artwork in public advertising, social media, portfolios, demonstrations, or promotional materials unless the customer—or the appropriate parent or legal guardian—has provided separate permission.
Customers should submit photographs and personal information only through upload methods approved by EYEVERSE. Customers should not post photographs, order information, or other sensitive information in public social-media comments.
HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including:
Shopify
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information to operate the store, process transactions, provide security, improve services, support advertising features, and provide other services described in Shopify’s policies.
Service Providers
We may provide necessary information to companies that assist with payment processing, website hosting, analytics, secure forms, file uploads, appointment scheduling, email delivery, customer support, cloud storage, product production, personalization, packaging, fulfillment, and shipping.
Payment and Fraud-Prevention Providers
Payment and transaction information may be shared with authorized payment processors, financial institutions, fraud-prevention services, and Shopify to process and protect transactions.
Production and Fulfillment Providers
When necessary to produce or deliver a personalized item, we may provide a supplier or fulfillment provider with the order specifications, personalization details, delivery information, and files reasonably required to fulfill that order.
Advertising and Analytics Partners
We may use Shopify and other authorized providers to measure store activity, improve advertising, and display relevant advertisements. Certain activities may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under privacy laws in some U.S. states. Eligible customers can opt out as described below.
Legal and Business Purposes
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, prevent fraud, protect EYEVERSE or others, enforce our policies, or complete a legitimate business transaction such as a sale, merger, restructuring, or transfer of business assets.
We do not authorize service providers to use customer-submitted photographs for their own independent advertising.
SHOPIFY AND NETWORK INTELLIGENCE
EYEVERSE uses Shopify to host and operate the Services. Information submitted through the Services is transmitted to and processed by Shopify.
EYEVERSE currently uses Shopify features that may combine information about customer interactions with our store, Shopify, and other Shopify merchants to provide enhanced services such as fraud protection, analytics, personalization, store performance, and advertising.
Depending on applicable law, customers may have the right to opt out of certain uses of their information for targeted advertising or data sharing.

• Remember customer preferences.
• Maintain account and shopping-cart functions.
• Prevent fraud and protect transactions.
• Measure website traffic and performance.
• Understand how visitors use the Services.
• Support analytics, personalization, and advertising.
Where required, visitors will be given the opportunity to accept, decline, or manage non-essential cookies. Cookie choices may affect certain personalization, analytics, or advertising features.
Customers can review or change available cookie preferences through the privacy or cookie-preference link displayed on the website.
DATA SHARING AND TARGETED-ADVERTISING OPT-OUT
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or the processing of personal information for targeted advertising.
Eligible customers can exercise this right by selecting the “Your Privacy Choices” or data-sharing opt-out link located in the footer of our website.
Where legally required, EYEVERSE and Shopify also recognize the Global Privacy Control signal for the browser or device sending the signal.
Exercising an opt-out right will not prevent a customer from placing an order or receiving essential communications about an existing order.
MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
Customers may receive promotional emails or SMS messages only where permitted by law and where any required consent has been provided.
Customers may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link included in the email. Customers may withdraw consent to SMS marketing by following the instructions included in the message.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential non-promotional communications, including order confirmations, appointment information, photography instructions, production updates, security notices, and shipping notifications.
CHILDREN’S DATA
Purchases, accounts, bookings, uploads, and communications with EYEVERSE must be completed by an adult who is at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction.
A parent or legal guardian may submit a minor’s photograph and limited personalization information for a family artwork or personalized product only when the adult has legal authority to do so and provides any required consent.
EYEVERSE does not knowingly request or collect personal information directly from children.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16 for targeted advertising as those terms are defined by applicable privacy law.
A parent or legal guardian may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of eligible information relating to a minor. We may require verification of identity and legal authority before completing the request.
DATA SECURITY
EYEVERSE uses reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical measures intended to protect personal information.
However, no website, storage system, transmission method, or security measure can guarantee absolute security. Customers should use only the approved EYEVERSE upload methods and should not send sensitive photographs or information through public or unsecured channels.

• Maintain required business, tax, accounting, payment, consent, and legal records.
Customer photographs, source files, personalization information, and working artwork files may be retained while reasonably necessary to complete, support, reproduce, correct, or resolve issues concerning an order.
Customers may request deletion of eligible photographs or personalization information. EYEVERSE may retain limited transaction, payment, consent, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal records where required or permitted by law.
Deletion of source photographs or artwork files may prevent future corrections, replacements, reprints, or additional copies.

Depending on your place of residence and applicable law, you may have the right to:
• Request access to personal information maintained about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Request deletion of eligible personal information.

THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES
The Services may contain links to websites, social-media platforms, payment providers, booking tools, upload services, or other platforms operated by third parties.
EYEVERSE is not responsible for the privacy, security, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites or services. Customers should review the privacy policies of any third-party service they use.
